Meet Renée Lee
Renée has always been fascinated by what keeps people coming back, and what turns a simple transaction into a lasting connection. Her journey started at a youth sports company, where she saw something special: parents and grandparents returning year after year to give their kids the same unforgettable camp experiences they once had. Those stories of nostalgia, trust, and loyalty sparked her lifelong passion for customer engagement.
That passion carried her into the wine industry, where she helped scale loyalty and wine club programs during the pandemic, a time when connection and community mattered more than ever. There, she learned the art of showing customers why a brand matters and how to keep that relationship thriving long after the first purchase.
Today, as the founder of Loop & Ladder Digital, Renée brings more than 12 years of direct-to-consumer marketing and eCommerce experience to help brands grow with intention. She’s partnered with 8- and 9-figure companies to build data-driven strategies that drive retention, revenue, and real connection.
